Hey, all y’all! Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the Spring weather. I’m very excited to announce a new web site that is taking shape as we speak. To be honest, I’m somewhat surprised that my cooking videos have garnered such a positive response. But it’s also pretty cool. (smile)

What’s interesting (to me) about this whole thing is that I’ve twice attempted to help friends create a cooking web site. Both of them were trained (one in France and New York, the other in restaurant kitchens) and seemed to me to be better candidates for this kind of thing. Unfortunately, neither of them had the drive to get the job done.

Some time back, I started blogging about what I was doing for dinner. The response was very positive, so I began to make quick videos of some of my recipes. Well, one thing led to another, and now I’m working with my good friend and Web Guru – Roger Barlow of FVRPro – to create Manly Kitchen.

I also created a Manly Kitchen Fan Page on Facebook. Please take a minute to visit and LIKE the page, OK?

I hope that creating a site specifically for my recipes and such will make it easier to follow along and enjoy what I’m doing. If you have any suggestions for how I can make the site more useful, please leave me a comment below.
