Hey, all y’all! I hope everyone is enjoying the warm weather. To my friends in Colorado, I pray your house is not in the area affected by the wild fire, and that the fire will be under control soon.

I know I’m a few days late on this, but only because I’ve been so busy! Here’s a video of our first rehearsal day with the new band. That crazy person (you’ll know) is none other than Polo Jones, my new producer and manager.

This all went down on Sunday as part of my full-day workout, as I call it. We began the day with a meeting, followed by rehearsal, and then closed with another meeting. Call it a sandwich if you like… but each part was very necessary and important. Certainly, we’ve got a lot of musical work to do to prepare for the recording, as well as the live show. At the same time, however, there are roughly sixty bajillion other things that require our attention. So… lots of meetings.
