From a Recent Customer Service Presentation

Lane recently offered a training presentation for the Hoopeston Economic Council. Like many other towns across the country, Hoopeston is feeling the negative impacts of today's economy. To help local businesses, the Economic Council is sponsoring a series of seminars, of which Lane's was the first. Here's what HEC director Dana Goodrum said about the presentation:
